inification : The harvest date is set when there is a good balance between sugar /acidity and after tasting the grapes. The grapes are mechanically harvested at dawn, stemmed and crushed. Pellicular maceration occurs for 4 hours, the grapes are pressed and static deposit removal takes place at 8 °C. The wine is blended with part of the filtered juice and left to ferment at 15°C using selected yeasts It is then naturally clarified by removing the deposits and filtering. The wine is filtered again and bottled under sterile conditions at the winery.
asting notes: "This Dry Muscat has a beautiful pale yellow color with flashes of green. The muscat bouquet comes out fully. There are hints of rose petals and citrus peels. The nice balance and intense flavors on the palate make this white wine particularly enjoyable."
